I have never had to or even wanted to write a bad review before but I feel I really need to address this. My first Laser session was cancelled 2 hours before my appointment (these things happen though) When I did finally arrive the Lady proceeded to shout at me because I rang the incorrect bell (even though her room/business was not on the buzzer list at that point) So I really had no choice, she then proceeded to tell me how she hated her land lord. She advised I can wax as usual during laser hair removal treatment, I later found out that you can't therefore 3 sessions were a total waste. At my next appointment I was going to bring this up. She text me that morning changing my appointment from 1430 to 1345. On arrival there was another lady waiting, hers was supposed to be at 1315 but as hers was over a 30 min appointment and mine takes less than 5 mins she kindly let me go first, I insisted no but she was having none of it so I thanked her. I made my way up to the treatment room where the "Beautician" asked me what I was doing rather aggressively. I explained the situation to which I then had a hand put up to my face and quite aggressively told go down and wait my turn. I explained, as did the other client but she wouldn%u2019t stop and listen. I then said you changed my appointment to 45 mins earlier knowing you were running late, she simply replied she didn't care!!!!! At this point I made the decision to leave as I could not stay and be spoken to like that. I had previously been made to feel uncomfortable on other occasions and would rather not return for my remaining 3 pre-paid session as her attitude was completely unacceptable, I was really shocked. As a Business Development Manager my role is to ensure relationships between clients and businesses stay strong and I can only say that I am appalled at how I was treated.
